Start at the Beginning
Here at CCTV Services Ltd we feel that long before a contractor begins digging for a camera column, the client should have the opportunity to see exactly what a new camera at that location will look at. This is why we offer a pre contract survey service which involves mounting a camera similar to that being offered for installation, on our mobile elevating work platform and make a recording of the view that the camera has at a specific height. This video footage is then given to the client on DVD enabling them to make an informed decision rather than guessing exactly where and how high the camera should be.

Picking the Right Team
At CCTV Services Ltd we believe in developing the skills and equipment base required to carry out most of the disciplines involved in CCTV system installation and integration ‘in house’. Because of this approach we have staff that are fully qualified to carry out the installation, splicing and termination of optical fibre for both CCTV systems and network infrastructure, ensuring that if your fibre network should become damaged, we will not only be able to identify the fault, but we will repair it too.

All our engineers are capable of carrying out CCTV, electrical and data works.

Our engineers have completed training courses with some of the industry’s leading manufacturers including Honeywell Video Systems, IndigoVision and Synectics.

We are Maxpro level 3 certified and an IndigoVision partner.

CCTV Services Ltd is a member of the national CCTV User Group and has representation on the UK CCTV Standards Board.

Think Global – Act Local
With CCTV Services Ltd, your systems can be pre-fabricated either on or off site depending on the nature of the solution. When building a facility on site, we endeavour to make maximum use of local resources.

We also deliver customer and user training on site for complete systems or individual pieces of equipment. Training is usually carried out during the last phase of a project, but on UK projects can be given at any time. As part of your installation, CCTV Services offer a complete testing and commissioning service which is completed by our in house staff.

Seeing Things Clearly
We provide our clients with a schematic drawing of their ‘as built’ system using computer aided design software. This ensures that the client has access to all of the system design information should they require it.

Maintaining Independence
Although we have very good working relationships with both large and small CCTV and network equipment manufacturers, we are not restricted to any one manufacturer’s products. As a customer you have the reassurance of totally independent advice and consultation on the choice of equipment and manufacturer. Furthermore, due to close relationships with these manufacturers, we can provide solutions at the forefront of technology in the CCTV and ITC industries.
